Information provided to us when making a reservation, including your name, contact details and payment information, will be used only for the purposes of managing your booking, communication with you and providing our accommodation services. We will not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties, except where necessary to process payments, comply with legal requirements, or provide services directly related to your booking. We take reasonable steps to keep your personal information secure and will retain it only for as long as necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes. By making a booking with Nikau Lodge, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described above.

Payment/Cancellation.

​A deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable on arrival at Nikau Lodge.

Cancellation policy. If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date, the full booking fee will be charged. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Children.

​We dont take children at Nikau Lodge however young people 16 years and older are welcome.
